Points to note under PYP-Port Your Property Scheme of M3M :
- Just clients who need to update or trade their properties with any of the undertakings of M3M against any of their properties all over India can settle on the plan.
- Min investment shall be 3.5 times of the disputed amount. (for example, if the disputed amount is Rs 20 Lakhs min price of the property to be purchased from m3m under the scheme shall be Rs 70 Lakhs.
- Paid sum's discount will be deducted from all out worth at first just till dispatch. Eg: complete new property estimation: 70 lakh, 20 lakh will be deducted at first just, 50 lakh's half will be paid ie 25 lakh now and 12% AR will be paid( just till Launch) and changed in near belonging interest. Parity to be paid near belonging.
- The application amount shall be 10% Along with duplicate papers of the property.
- The payment plan under this scheme shall be 50:50.
- The assured return will be given on the payment made upfront to M3M ie. 50% of value less disputed amount @12% P.A.
- Original papers of the disputed property will be deposited at M3M at the time of booking confirmation.
- *3.5 times of the value of the property is valid until the scheme is launched officially, afterwards the same shall change to 5 times.
- In addition to this 2-3 masterstrokes will also be declared by the company at the launch event.
